After completing your information, we will contact you to go over the following:
- Who will create the designs for the canvases (DTP work or provide them yourself)?
- Schedule for file delivery.
- Define rental period
- Pick-up / return of the DIY booth and use of trailer
- Using drop-off and pick-up service
Cloth Printing
Doing your own DTP work
- You will receive instructions and exact sizes of the canvases from us....
- With this information, you can format the files yourself.
- Please deliver the files to us no later than 10 business days before the fair.
- We do a basic check of your files. If something is wrong, we will contact you.
- Once approved, the canvases will be printed and ready to go in the DIY box.
Having DTP work handled by us
- We will contact you to discuss your desired message.
- You provide: logo, product images and corporate identity information (colors, fonts, etc.).
- We will create a professional design based on your input.
- One round of feedback is included.
- After any adjustments and your approval, the canvases will be printed and added to the box.
Cart pickup or delivery
Self collection
- With a B driving license, the car must weigh at least 1100 kg
- Pick up is at Industrieweg 10 in Andelst
Drop-off and pick-up service
- We deliver the cart with the DIY booth to your office or trade show location.
- Please allow for any set-up time slots provided by the fair organization.

Getting stuck while building? Feel free to call or (video) call us – we will help you remotely. If necessary, for a fee, we can send a technician to build the booth for you.

Time to pop at the fair! Good luck and have fun with your DIY booth.
Stand winding down
Disassemble the stand in the reverse order of assembly:
Start by clearing out the TV and furniture to create space.
Then remove the cloths from the frames. You may keep these yourself. Do you leave them in the cart? Then we will take care of recycling.
Cart return
Drop-off and pick-up service: We will pick up the cart at the agreed time.
Return yourself: You return the trailer with cart to Andelst at the agreed time.
Upon your return, we will check the contents and check for any damage. If everything is in order, you will get your deposit back.

Can I pick up the trailer with Exhibition stand from you myself?
Yes, you can pick up the trailer from us in Andelst. Below you will find the route to our office and warehouse.
Can you also deliver and pick up the exhibition stand?
Definitely! We offer a convenient delivery and pick-up service . For locations in the Netherlands (except the Wadden Islands) we charge for this € 695,-.
Would you like to have the exhibition stand delivered to a different location? Please contact us and we will look at the possibilities together.
Is it difficult to build a DIY exhibition booth yourself?
No, it’s not that bad. With the clear Building instructions and helpful how-to videos you can follow everything step by step. This way it is easy to do yourself!
What if I can't figure it out during the build-up?
No stress! At the exhibition stand you will receive clear Building instructions and how-to videos who explain everything step by step. Can’t figure it out? Then you can always call or app us. We are happy to help you.
How long will it take me to build a DIY exhibition stand?
That depends a bit on how big the stand is and whether a pantry will be added, for example. But don’t worry, it’s doable! We recommend tackling this in pairs — it’s just a lot easier.
As an example: for an exhibition stand of 4 x 3 meters with a pantry in a corner unit, you can count on about 3 hours of construction time.
What is DTP work?
DTP-work stands for Desktop Publishing work. That means formatting and designing documents for printing. The tendon cloths that are placed in the frames of the exhibition stand.
What exactly does DTP mean?
- Layout & layout: Place text, images and graphic elements in a neat and professional manner.
- Preparing for printing: Set color profiles, cut marks, bleed, check resolution.
- File delivery: Carefully deliver PDFs or other formats that a print shop needs.
- Processing corrections: Putting the finishing touches on the i’s, processing feedback.
Do I need special tools for assembly?
No, you can build the exhibition stand almost without tools. The tools you do need are in the cart. So you don’t have to arrange anything yourself.
Is driving license B sufficient to drive the trailer
The B driving licence is sufficient if the car is allowed to tow more than 750 kg and the total weight of the car and trailer together does not exceed 3,500 kg.
